Celebrate National Margarita Day in #DowntownCG!

Tired of the cold and dreaming of warmer weather? Help yourself to some lime, sugar, salt, and tequila this Friday because it is *finally* #NationalMargaritaDay! Gathered here are a list of some of the best places in #DowntownCG to treat yourself to everyone’s favorite drink so grab your amigos and join the fiesta!

Burrito-Ville: While this downtown staple is (clearly) well-known for their burritos and dirty fries, if you have yet to try one of their house lime margaritas on the rocks, you are missing out! Grab lunch and an afternoon cocktail here to ring in the weekend early.

El Sol: Ever heard of a margarita flight? Choose from 16 different margarita flavors, on the rocks or frozen, to create your perfect 4-sip sampler. With flavors like mango, prickly pear, Sangria, watermelon, Pina Colada, etc., your options for the perfect margarita are truly limitless!

Bella Italia: While this local Italian restaurant may not be exactly where you imagine spending #NationalMargaritaDay, their Italian Margarita is a can’t-miss. This drink’s special twist comes from Amaretto, an almond-flavored liquor that adds the perfect pinch of Italy to the traditional margarita.

21 Taps: Self-Serve Beer Wall + Full Bar (serving up Margaritas) + Pub Food = Perfect Night! There is no question here, 21 Taps has everything you need to ring in this national holiday right. Stop in to enjoy their relaxed atmosphere and choose from a plethora of drinks to satisfy everyone in your crowd.

HotShots: If you’re in the mood to celebrate the base of all margaritas, stop by Hotshots to grab a round of tequila shots. Cheers to the weekend and your amigos!

Katy O’Ferrells: Friday night is Ladies Night at Kay O’s, and you can enjoy their 2-for-1 cocktail special all day. Make sure to ask the bartender to whip you and your gal pal up margaritas to celebrate! Pair your margarita with some of their happy hour food specials and you now have the perfect night out.

Minglewood Brewery: Not a huge fan of the holiday? Ring in #NationalMargaritaDay with a Margherita Pizza from Minglewood! Tomato, basil, garlic, and cheese make up this perfect little pie.

Happy National Margarita Day!
